After 10 years of working in child and family services, Catherine moved from the east coast to California to study massage. She transformed her passion for helping others to a passion for bodywork.

Her style is a therapeutic massage based on the various modalities that she has studied and her understanding of body assessment mixed together to meet clients individual needs. Her motivation is for each client to walk away from the massage feeling relaxed, balanced and rejuvenated.

Aurora graduated with honors from Winter Park Technical Institute in beautiful Winter Park Florida in 2013. She is highly accomplished in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and AMT. Massage is her passion and it shows.

A longtime mind/body and healing arts enthusiast, Joanna left her professional “day job” in 2012 to pursue a career in bodywork studies, and has been practicing in the Bay area for close to four years.

She has completed 500 hours of training at McKinnon Body Therapy Center and 168 hours of training at the Hendrickson Method Institute.

In addition to being a dedicated bodyworker, Joanna is a fitness and movement enthusiast, with passions including running, rock climbing, circuit training, dance, and martial arts.

Norlisha executes custom bodywork tailored for each of her clients. She focuses on a client’s individual needs to support overall physical functionality, healing and restoration.

She became a Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist (CNMT) & Health Educator through the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA.

In her free time, Norlisha enjoys watching Modern, Hip Hop, Haitian, and West African dance performances.

David focuses his chair massage practice on creating a relaxing, peaceful environment where clients can escape their busy days.

He graduated from San Jose’s National Holistic Institute 900 hour Core program and continued to the 450 hour Advanced Neuromuscular Program.

When he’s not massaging David stays active through bike rides and playing football.

Andrea believes massage can promote and restore balance and well being to the body. Her healing approach focuses on listening to her clients needs and requests and always varying pressure accordingly.

She graduated from San Jose’s National Holistic Institute 900 hour Core program and continued to the 450 hour Advanced Neuromuscular Program.

In her free time she explores the Bay Area with her family.
